Exchange and Refund Policy

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that your order will only be shipped if the quality of the personalized product is perfect. However, if you receive an item that has a wrong print, is damaged, or is broken, you may request an exchange for the same item.

Exchange Requests:

  • If you need to exchange a product, please make your request within 2 days of delivery.

  • If the exact product is not available for exchange, you are eligible for a full refund.

Personalization and Order Accuracy

Personalization Accuracy:

  • Double-check your personalization details, such as names, messages, and dates, before placing your order.

  • Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for production. Therefore, cancellation requests are not accepted once the order is placed.
